Cracks above doors and windows
Classic stress cracks that need reinforcing, not just filling.
Zurich & surrounding area
A crack that is simply filled comes back. Before repairing, we work out where the damage comes from: settlement, a material junction, moisture or physical impact. Only then do we choose the repair method.
We are based in Zurich, work regularly in the city and the surrounding region, and are available for renovation projects across Switzerland.

Classic stress cracks that need reinforcing, not just filling.
Plug holes, scratches and corners put right before the inspection.
Repairing the dried surface, sealing the marks and repainting the whole wall.
Stairwells, corridors and entrances with recurring impact damage.
Cracks where masonry meets plasterboard or concrete.
We look at the damage and judge whether it is dormant or still moving.
In writing, stating clearly whether only the spot or the whole surface is treated.
Remove loose material, open the crack, cut clean edges, cover up.
Reinforce, fill, build up in layers and allow to dry.
Sand, prime and paint so the repair doesn't stay visible.
You never notice a flat wall — you only notice one that isn't. Light raking in from a window or a wall lamp reveals every ripple. Plastering and skimming create the even surface that paint, wallpaper or decorative plaster need to look right.
A coat of paint only lasts as long as the surface beneath it. Every painting job starts with checking the wall: is the old paint sound, are there cracks, nicotine, water marks or old distemper? Only then do we decide on the paint system and the number of coats.
An interior renovation is several trades interlocking: repair first, then plaster, prime and paint — all in the right order, with the drying times each step needs. We take on that coordination so you don't have to mediate between several contractors.
