Interior renovation — coordinated from start to handover

An interior renovation is several trades interlocking: repair first, then plaster, prime and paint — all in the right order, with the drying times each step needs. We take on that coordination so you don't have to mediate between several contractors.

We are based in Zurich, work regularly in the city and the surrounding region, and are available for renovation projects across Switzerland.

Typical jobs

Flat before moving in

All rooms in one run while the flat is empty — the fastest and cheapest option.

Occupied flat

Room-by-room work with dust protection so you can stay put.

Stairwell of an apartment building

Staged work so residents always have access.

Office and practice

Evening, night or weekend work so operations don't stop.

Refreshing an older building

Careful handling of aged substrates, mouldings and old timber elements.

How it works

1. Walk-through

We go through every room and record what will be done — and what deliberately won't.

2. Quote and schedule

A written quote per item plus a realistic staged schedule.

3. Setting up

Dust protection, covering and protected access routes before any work starts.

4. Staged execution

Repair, skim, prime, paint — in that order, with a daily check-in.

5. Handover

A joint walk-through; any remaining points are listed and done before we close.

How we work

  • One fixed contact for the whole project — you don't have to coordinate.
  • Fixed prices per item; extra work is discussed and put in writing before it is carried out.
  • We keep the sequence and the drying times even when the deadline is tight.
  • A tidy site every day and protected access routes, especially in occupied buildings.

Frequently asked

How long does an interior renovation take?
An empty 3.5-room flat with repairs, skimming and painting typically runs one to two weeks. We give the binding timeframe after the walk-through.
Do you also do electrical or plumbing work?
No. We carry out painting, plastering and renovation work and coordinate the schedule with your electrical, plumbing or flooring specialists.
Can I stay in the flat during the work?
In many cases yes. We then work room by room with dust protection and keep a usable area free.
What happens if damage turns up during the work?
We stop, show you what we found and discuss effort and cost before continuing.
